• Mobile Number Verification: Only one account may be registered per mobile number.

• Welcome Bonus: Welcome bonuses are available to new members only. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts by the same person will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

• Bonus Withdrawal: Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirements have been met.

• Opening an account through fraud or false identity
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Using another person's account or sharing your account with a third party
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Harassing other members or staff
• Use of fraudulent payment methods
• Deliberate attempts to abuse bonus conditions (Bonus Abuse)

Under certain circumstances, vip33 may suspend or permanently close an account. Members may also request account closure themselves.

• Voluntary Closure: Any member may contact support to temporarily or permanently close their account.
• Inactive Account: Accounts with no activity for 12 months will be marked as inactive and a monthly maintenance fee may apply.
• Closure for Breach: If a breach of the Terms and Conditions is found, the account may be closed without prior notice.

If an account with a valid balance is closed, funds will be returned via the verified payment method. However, bonus balances may be forfeited if the account was closed due to a breach of terms.

For faster resolution, please include your transaction ID, date and time, and a description of the issue when submitting a complaint. All complaints are handled confidentially.

Vip33 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. The following process will be followed when changes are made.

• Members will be notified at least 7 days before any significant changes take effect.
• Updated terms will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be changed accordingly.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may close your account and withdraw your valid balance.
